All services provided by LIKEYOU Consulting may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material under any country, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we deem to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and defend LIKEYOU Consulting, from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
PROHIBITIONS
Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be harmful to LIKEYOU Consulting's servers, or any other server on the Internet.
SERVER ABUSE
Any attempt to harm or cause damage to a LIKEYOU Consulting server or client is strictly prohibited. As our client, you are responsible for all your accounts. If you violate the Terms of Use outlined within, your account will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LIKEYOU Consulting shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from LIKEYOU Consulting's server.
